For many people, the mind is a familiar and safe space, which simultaneously leaves us vulnerable to our thoughts becoming reality. We notice the power that our underlying beliefs have on our thoughts. We look to restore our mind to healthy functioning with care.

Movement and nourishment can offer healing and momentum for significant healing. Too often, we disconnect and grow physically numb to what our bodies are alerting us of. Grow in understanding of your body’s needs, and learn to value the gift of your physical body.

How do we find true rest? Tending to the soul gives us abundant life. We are quick to ignore the spirit and live in the darkness. Find rest and refresh for the soul, so that you can live a life of hope with Christ as your foundation.

What to expect
Five integrative workshops addressing heart, mind, body, and soul
Workshop components will be interactive, group participation, and led by a licensed marriage and family therapist, registered dietitian, certified yoga instructor, and art teacher.
A plan of support following your experience to integrate into sustainable, daily living, including referrals
Overnight stay for half participants (first come, first serve)

How do we do this?
At our retreat, you will experience—
Physical wellness
Tune into your body and recognize what it needs. We will practice mindful yoga led by certified yoga teacher. You will learn how to nourish your body in a sustainable way with the helpful guidance of a registered dietitian.
Spiritual renewal
Quiet your soul and limit the noise around you. As you slow down and listen, you may find that you are empty, seeking out ways to fill your identity, belong, and feel purpose. You will engage in hands on experiences led by a professional artist and see the hope and renewal only found in Christ.
Mental and Emotional Health
Get off automatic pilot and learn more about what feelings and thoughts are motivating you, driving your decisions, and weighing you down. Take part in both mental and emotional health workshops, led by licensed marriage and family therapist. Bring what’s in the dark—into the light and lose its power over you.
Through these different challenging and refreshing experiences, you can walk away in freedom and hope. Leave this retreat with a sustainable plan to integrate into daily living, feeling empowered to live an authentic, fulfilling life.
